T3

so does it really help with protein synthesis?? i mean is it a good idea on a bulking cycle?? also do u think 12.5 mcg is better for bulking??
 
Everyone will react differently, however, there are two main competing forces which will influence gains or losses in muscle- protein synthesis and T3's muscle wasting effect. How these two things interact will vary from one to another but I would assume most will lose some muscle on T3 as it is a very powerful hormone. I personally would stay away froim it.
 
12.5 mcg is one of those kinds of doses that may be just enough to inhibit natural thyroid production while not being enough to lean you down basically just replacing your natural thyroid hormone with exogenous thyroid. I would either go all out, or not do it at all. Just my opinion though- I can't be sure how your particular system will react.
 
Like AnabolicDiabetic said, it varies from person to person. Personally, I don't feel its effect, unless I use 75mcg/day or more(that's for cutting), but for some guys it starts eating muscles with as low as 25mcg/day(even on bulking cycles), so:
First of all, how much steroids do you use in your cycle? If it's mild cycle and your goal is to get max of bulk out of it, don't use it at all.
If you using more then 2g of injectables or 1g of injectables and 350-700mg(depending on what kind) of orals, sure, go for 25mcg of T3.
Second, to know how you react, you have to try it, sooner or later. Not nessecery in this cycle, but you will have to learn practically, not only in theory.
Consider those points and decide.
