Up your protein intake and it may be...this is more or less one of those "individual" basis questions..i have run t3/clen alone with no gear...and did fine..did loose "some" muscle but not alot
I just got done a PCT with 100mcg of IGF, and 50mcg of T3 per day..... No muscle loss at all.... I am pretty Mesomorphic though, so that does play a part..... I liked the combo I must say..... Give it a shot, but I wouldn't go too high on the IGF, cause it gets expensive, and not really "more" effective....
