T3, Times to take?

I was wondering if T3 should be taken all in one shot or split up? Right now its just my second day and i did, 12.5 at 5:00pm yesterday (Got it in the mail yest) then another 12.5 at about 7:00pm;

Now i woke up today around 12pm and did another 12.5 and i'll be doing more prolly around 3-4? Should i be doing 25 all in one shot or split it up? My goal for the first 3 days is 25mcg then 37.5 for 3 days, then 50mcg for 3 days then back down adding an extra three days at the end for a 12.5mcg dose. Thank You

You should split the doesage up. Also, don't do it in random order. Try to keep dosage at even times of the day, not just when you get to it.
