t3 & t4 question

i'm using euthroid that is 30 mcg of t3 and 120 mcg of t4 per tab,
i've been on for 6 weeks, how much time do you think i should stay off to start again, o can i continue using just 15 mcg t3, 60 mcg t4 ? plz give me suggestions.
