T3/T4 - Need help.

A girl I know has mindset her self on trying thyroids to achieve her goals. Fact of the matter is I really can understand her. Few try harder than her but her body just won't drop those pounds.

She managed to drop about 15 lb with almost no cardio, simply lifting weights and adjusting her diet. But then she just totally stalled on 141 lb. She is aprox. 5 foot tall. Her goal is to become below 123 lb.

Personally I think she messed it all up by eating like 500-700 kcal a day for about 3 months. Now I have trained her and help her create a diet around 1200-1400 kcal depending on days. She does 45 min to 90 min cardio every days and lift weights 6 days a week. And I'm talking hard core training. She got some real skill in the gym I tell you.

Anyway, like I said, she has totally stagnated (several months) and is mindset on trying T3/T4 and she's been reading about it on the web but she asked me to help her so that it can be done as safe as possible.

What dosages should she do and for how long? I was thinking two cycles of approximately 3 weeks each. Like 3 weeks on, 4-5 weeks off, then another 3 weeks on. But please advice. For dosages I was thinking 200 MCG of T4 and 50 MCG of T3 daily, 2 days on, 2 days off. How does this sound?

Thanks for helping out.

I never messed with T4, but for T3 she can do a 60 day cycle staring with 25mcg per day, per week then going up 25mcg each week until 100mcg. Hold 100mcg for 2weeks and then back down. That will run 60 days. If she has heart palpation's then she needs to back off. T3 can be 60 days on = 60 days off.

She can also try Clen at run it in two week cycles working up from 20mcg on day done to 80mcg on day 4-13 and 60mcg day 14 then off for two weeks.

Hey guys and thanks for replying.

She's been doing some clen cycles, stacking with ephedrine and anavar. All done by the book in terms of length and dosages. Didn't do anything for her. At one point she was doing 100 mcg clen two days on/off and Ephedrine 60mg two days on/off, didn't do anything for her beside shake like a leaf :frog:

She's recently been to the doctor taking blood tests for ANYTHING that could be wrong. All test came out with good results. No problem with natural thyroids, diabetes, allergi, you name it, it was all good.

halfsjj: I've heard and read a couple of places that you shouldn't go beyond 30 days on T3 to not risk damage to natural thyroid production. You say 60 days which is twice that. This is quite typical, you hear different opinions on stuff. So I ask you, how would you do it if only for 30 days on, then 30 days off? That way I personally could feel a bit safer since there are some sources saying not to go beyond 30 days.

Thanks!

I think you will read many varying opinions on the T3. I personally have ran it 90 days+ and it returned to normal without issue. The dosage and ramp I provided for you is from an Anti-aging and weight loss protocol. I have read that many bodybuilders stay on the T3 for 9 months, etc. With T3 it needs to be ramped and one week at 100mcg is not going to do anything for the weight loss. Additionally, RLs Supplements has a product that is used for T3 PCT support if you are concerned. It's something to take after one goes off the T3 to assist the Thyroid to return to normal. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that info my man. I live in EU and importing supplements from the US is pretty difficult at times. Maybe this work though. What's the name of that product at RL's?

Personally I have belief in the San Nutrition supplement called T3 which is a guggul extract (Guggulsterone). Said to increase natural metabolism, something you will need after exogenous T3 usage.
