T3 question.........

Aileen

New member
okay, I can't take it!!!!!!!!!!I'm on my 13th day of T3 at 150mcg. I feel very uncomfortable at this dosage. How do I redo my cycle not going beyond 150 mcg? My cycle is for 8weeks following Warlobo's chart. anyone?

DO NOT suddenly cut back on your doseage. Your thyroid is now dependent on your current doseage and you will have to taper down slowly. Assuming you are taking 6 tabs a day (25mcg's), cut back to 5 tabs for 4 days, then 4 tabs 4 days, 3 tabs, 2 tabs, and 1. Give your own thyroid a chance to recover and come back into play if you are considering stopping. Please take it from someone who was bedridden because she just stopped!!

If you are just wanting to lower your doseage a little, then taper down too 100 mcg's per day. But taper slowly!!

okay...........I was going into a panick attack, b/c I was so confused...........you guys are the best. Thanks.............:p

?

Where is Warlobo's chart? I would like to see it. Do I just do a search with his name and T3? Hope you are feeling better Aileen!

Thanks

Thanks for the link!

Down with fat, up with muscle!! Woohoo.

Sorry, been up all night, drinking too much milk. :) ... and that brings another question. I love milk, big glasses, not cups. Is it best for me to stay away from it when I am cutting my carbs? How much milk would you think was okay in a day if I ate mostly meats and green veggies?

warlobo......I have taken your advise to do a week at 125mcg.......after this week how do I continue the chart.............it's all messed up then. do I just subtract a pill every three days? 100- ... 75... and so forth, or something diffrent. I would like to do it for a full 8 weeks.................

Dairy is a definite no-no if you are looking to seriously cut up (e.g. a la competition style). I cut dairy out about 2 years ago - when I eat clean for a while I literally become dairy-intolerant - switched to soy yogurt, cheese, etc.) (its an acquired taste...).

Also pay attention to the amount of fat in the milk you are drinking. Whole? 2%? 1%? Blue stuff (skim)?

Like anything else, moderation is the key.
