I will look into thermogenics and SARMS then. I am only on winstrol to help preserve some muscle (Read it could help a little on another forum).
on a cut like your trying to do i would eat high protein, moderate carbs and low fat... you never want to completely cut carbs but you need to keep them very moderate to cut the amount you are trying...
i understand your though on winstrol but to cut the amount of body fat you are wanting to cut, there is going to be some muscle loss... it doesn't have to be drastic but its inevitable... sarms would be the best option for you at this point... you can still build muscle and drop body fat... you will get nice strength and excellent energy as well...
