T3 Cycle and Diet..How is this? Whats a good diet while on T3?

Hi..I've decided to get some T3 (AG-Guys) so below is the cycle I’ll be using (Unless otherwise directed by you guys?) So please let me know about that.

Cycle Information:

Days: 1-3
25 mcg

Days: 4-6
50 mcg

Days: 7-9
75 mcg

Days: 10-12
100 mcg

Days: 13-15
75 mcg

Days: 16-18
50 mcg

Days: 19-21
25 mcg

Diet Question:
Also, I know this stuff will make my metabolism go haywire and I’ve heard it will make you loose muscle while on it as well as fat but i was also told with the right diet you can minimize the amount of lean tissue that is lost and optimize bodyfat loss; So my question is, What kind of diet would i need? How protein/Low carb? Low Calorie/high? How would i go about doing this to optimize fat loss.

Stats:
5'6
143lbs
12.3% BF

Goals:
I want to loose mainly bodyfat (I am not a body builder as you can tell) My main goal is to just be skinnier then later on (Months down the road) i will work on the muscle building part. I want to be 8% body fat or around 135lbs, Which ever is better looking. Are these goals realistic? I would like to reach that by June 30th or so, that way summer will be good! :)

Any information would be appreciated. Thank You - DMG
 
You don't need T3 to get to 135lbs. You just need a good diet and lots of cardio. If you use T3 to try and get that low you'll look anorexic, especially if you don't use AAS. And if this is your goal, you definately don't need AAS.

Just do lots and lots more research until you find out what you need to do. I'm sure some of the other bros can help.
 
I understand your thinking, Thank You...However, IF I WAS to use T3, The fat would melt away, correct? I already eat healthy and i run everyday and it seems my fat loss has plateaued so i need more since i still have a handful of fat left (Gotta get those abs showing by summer! lol) Now, In order to optimize fatloss, What kind of diet would you say?
 
Have you used clen? T3 just doesn't sound favorable for a lightweight. Check out some clen and lookinto the AFstore.
 
Oh sorry i didn't include that; I already used that, LiquiClen i used it for 2, 2 week cycles. Worked pretty good. I was getting really bad headaches (Migraines) so i had to stop but it felt good. Besides that i have used a good amount of products containing ECA stacks.

Not to bust your nuts but the plain answer is NO! The fat just won't melt away. Bro you're talking about 8lbs. Man that's nothing. You can do it without messing with t3. You're already at a great BF % and you just need some cardio to kick it in and get where you want.

How much cardio are we talking about? Tried fasted AM cardio? It's kicking ass for me. +1 on the looking anorexic.

Also, jumping 25mcg a step for a beginner is an absolutely horrible idea. Please don't do that. If you're going to do t3 regardless you should peak at 50mcg your first cycle. 25-37.5-50-37.5-25-12.5

Okay, I will take that into consideration; I know you are saying i should not do it but its just the next step for me. I have eaten well and i am just now rushing to get this last 8lbs of bodyfat off. I know my metabolism is slow, hypo if you ask me...I hate it. I need this to jump start it; I already bought it but im still gonna research more and ask a few more questions before its final.

Also, Any diet to minimize muscle loss?

I wake up at 7, Run 1 mile, Eat eggs (2-3), Shower, School. By 9:30 tuna on whole grain (Usually only 1 peice), 12:00 i'll eat again, usually a salad with chicken or some type or lean meat. I'll eat again usaully by 2:00, Meal replacment bar (Myoplex) or a protien bar (Detour), I'll eat once more at 5 or so, It will be whatever is for dinner :), I stay away from all the starches and fried foods, Usually only baked, lean meats, natural things. It's worked for me but now i just need to get rid of this last 5lbs of body fat. Once again, I am no body builder by ANY MEANS. I am small for sure, but i need to just cut this fat within the next 3-4 weeks. Also, I drink about 5-7 bottles of water a day or close to a gallon if i can. I will also run (2X-4X a week) 2-3 miles later on at night in addtion to the morning running. Thank You
