Hi..I've decided to get some T3 (AG-Guys) so below is the cycle I’ll be using (Unless otherwise directed by you guys?) So please let me know about that.
Cycle Information:
Days: 1-3
25 mcg
Days: 4-6
50 mcg
Days: 7-9
75 mcg
Days: 10-12
100 mcg
Days: 13-15
75 mcg
Days: 16-18
50 mcg
Days: 19-21
25 mcg
Diet Question:
Also, I know this stuff will make my metabolism go haywire and I’ve heard it will make you loose muscle while on it as well as fat but i was also told with the right diet you can minimize the amount of lean tissue that is lost and optimize bodyfat loss; So my question is, What kind of diet would i need? How protein/Low carb? Low Calorie/high? How would i go about doing this to optimize fat loss.

I want to loose mainly bodyfat (I am not a body builder as you can tell) My main goal is to just be skinnier then later on (Months down the road) i will work on the muscle building part. I want to be 8% body fat or around 135lbs, Which ever is better looking. Are these goals realistic? I would like to reach that by June 30th or so, that way summer will be good!
