The Habitual household has a new addition and over the last 4mos my diet has slipped and I have put on a few pounds. With diet in check and with things being less hectic around the house and I am going to run a Clen/T3/ECA combo along with a low dose of Test.
My question is, how low, in your opinion/experiences is too low? Gonna diet down and restrict calories and I hear that T3 has catabolic properties.
Current stats:
Age-29
Height-6'
Weight- 210
BF-15% Taped
Have 4 cycles under my belt and the most Test I have ran was @ 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. I have used T-3/ECA stack before and ran T3 @ 50mcg/day for 3mos with decent results, But then again I was on a gram of gear and didnt notice the catabolic effects of T3.
My cardio will be low impact, I get up @ 05:00 and walk 4.5 miles with a 40lb weighted vest at a decent pace on Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri and use sled exercises or or bike on Wed,Sat rest on Sundays. High intensity cardio is useless for me while on Clen.

There you have it , once again my question is what mg/Test in your opinion/experiences is too low I was thinking of running Test @ 375mg-500mg range.
Another question is; what other compound besides Test would you reccomend? I have heard of others using Var or Primo or Eq to maintain LBM.
