so here is my plan. i already have the diet worked out and have been on it for about 5 days. basically below i have outline my plan, but if anyone wants to persuade me from taking T3 go ahead. its one drug i never said i would take but here it is on my dresser.
clenbuterol:go up to 100mcg if can can handle it, if not 80mcg, for 2 weeks, then ramp down week 3.
t3: ramp up to 50 mcg by doing 25 mcg days 1-3, then 50, for week, then go down to 25 mcg for 3 days, then 12.5 for 4 days.
basically for my past cycle experience i have ran 4 steroid cycles in the past, last cycle was finished this time last year and it was a test/primo/winny cycle, have not touched anything since then, but i also told myself i wouldn't ever do anything after that one but i guess i lied. i also hate clen but i figured what the heck just do it.
my diet has a breakdown of about 1900 calories a day, and 240 grams of protein, 34 grams of fat and about 140 grams of carbs. coming from my old diet of about 5kcal a day this thing stinks, but i can take it and am already losing weight in just the few days i've been on it. my stats are 5'
10", 179 lbs. bf% i would say 14% only because i guess high, but my abs are visible unflexed and have a 32" waist so it could potentially be lower.
my goal with this is just to cut off about 5 lbs of fat.
if you think this cycle is dumb and i should just do a healthy diet, convince me, it won't take much. i just ahd this stuff around and figured maybe i should just use it.
