i did a half ass leg workout. sucks balls doing legs at 530am.


btw- I only did leg because i've gone to the gym 7 days in a row and dont have shit else to do. lol,...i try to avoid doing legs as often as possible.
 
this week is my off week, its nice but i feel worthless at the same time.

finals this week so i wont really notice it as much,

some kid was trying to tell me back in HS how strong his legs were because he runs, and i was squatting ass to grass, dude sets up 185 thinking it will be easy his first tme squatting ever, walks back with it, and starts to fall backwards witht h eweight on his back....fucker racked it real quick with everyone looking at what an idiot hewas
 
nothing...today was supposed to be leg day, but...
i did direct ab work on sunday for the first in years, on top of my chest being sore from yesterday there's no way i can squat heavy right now.
