T-rex

I just ordered T-rex due to arrive at the end of the week. I have been reading the posts about how it enhances cardio training and gives an energy boost. I also have read that it could interfere with sleep.
My problem is I can't get to the gym/ cardio training until about 7 or 8 at night. Should I still take the T-rex in the morning or wait until later when I can really feel the effects of it in the gym? But if I take it later will it interfere with my sleep?

Taking Trex in the morning and Levorex later in the day is the ideal situation, as The Shadow posted. Your problem is you want to get energized for night training. That's a tough call. Some people can go to Starbuck at 11 and sleep a midnight. I know I see them all time. But if that's not you and you want the energy from Trex then take it about 2PM in the afternoon the first time. It lasts about 7-8 hours so you'll still have the energy benefit and may still sleep OK. In any event, you will build a tolerance to it so you will be able to take it later and later. And maybe get to the point where you're like Bunny and can take it before you brush your teeth for bed.
 
Thanks...I'll try it in the morn and see how the PM workout goes. If not I will try around 2pm and if I am making posts at 3am you know I'm wired awake!
 
Personally speaking i have been on t -rex for almost a week now and i take 2 pills in the morning w/a protein shake, 2 pills w/lunch, and two pills w/dinner (sometimes dinner is somewhere between 6-8 p.m.) and the only problem I have notcied is just some restless sleep and hot flashes (could be i live in fl and it's just heating up down here). None the less, i have lost 8 lbs within almost a week and a half but thats with the proper combo of strictly eating clean and working out. So good luck with it, t-rex really works well.
