from what I heard about trex it seems pretty intense by itself and personally wouldnt mix it but im not an expert

its not reccomended, but people do.

there is no further thermogenic/metabolic effect from adding ephedrine, but you will get more CNS stimulation

Thanks for the help!!! But, please explain CNS stimulation. And if you could, please give a little help with taking the UFB kit. Any help would be great!!!

CNS stimulation- jacked up, central nervous system. for those that are sensitive means shaky, jitteryness, etc. Ephedrine tends to have this effect on a decent portion of the population. ephedrine + thermorexin would be noticeably more stimulatory than ephedrine and caffiene.

Just curious about when and how all the supplements should be taken to get the proper effects thats all!!! Also would taking SesaPure with the UFR kit work?
