for the last year I have been working my ass off to lower my % BF. Had good success by paying closed attention to my diet and cardio. After reducing my abdominal skinfold from 32 to 18 I kind of stalled out. Did not want to further reduce cals because they are already low at 2700 PD. Also did not want to increase cadio duration but have iincreased intensity somewhat but still have been stuck at 17-18cm for nearly 4 months now. 2 weeks ago added t-rex to my supps. Take 2 in the morning, 2 at lunch and 1 evening time. No jitters like clen although the evening dose does affect my sleep a little. So anyway, with no other changes other than adding t-rex my abdominal skin fold is down to 14.......in 2 weeks. Product rating A++
