T-Rex question.

I'll be coming off the atkins induction in 2 weeks. Once it's done i'm going to up my carbs and hit some T-rex. I know that thermogenic supplements require carbs to work effectively. Is there a "magic" amount or minimum amount of carbs needed? I was thinking about going up to 50-75g of carbs per day. Is that enough?

In personally would aim for more than that, min about 100g more like 150g. When I used it a year ago on low carb it was not as effective for me.

amount of carbs is not as relevant as source. if carbs are low make sure a decent percentage comes from fructose (to reglycogenate the liver). 2-3 medium size pieces of fruit per day should be sufficient.
