I'll be coming off the atkins induction in 2 weeks. Once it's done i'm going to up my carbs and hit some T-rex. I know that thermogenic supplements require carbs to work effectively. Is there a "magic" amount or minimum amount of carbs needed? I was thinking about going up to 50-75g of carbs per day. Is that enough?
