T-Rex...Magic weight loss pills?!

I have been reading up on all the T-Rex posts, and there have been nothing but good results with it. 10-20 lbs fat loss in 2 months for some people!

This is making me question it's capabilities. Is it really the pills doing th ework, or is it just a "placebo" effect, and the wieght loss is due to diet and cardio?

Was thinking about getting some for the GF, but not sure if she would hate me for buying her weight loss supplements. Any bros here get some for thier significant other? Results?

Opinions, suggestions? :coffee:

I'm not sure about the stuff itself.... but I advise you to think long and hard about how much you enjoy life before you show up with diet pills for your girlfreind. :\

LOL.. I agree on that one.

Fbody: T-Rex isn't a miracle supp. You could take a million T-Rex caps and if your diet and cardio are lacking you ain't gonna lose jack!! T-Rex is an ok supp, but I would recommend the ECA (or just EC if you prefer) stack over it anyday. Plus, the ECA is much cheaper with less side effects (in my opinion). Good Luck with your GF. :)

^^^What side effects did you get from T-Rex?

Keep in mind this is just me......

1. Flushing of the face from the nicotinamide (also known as B3, an unnecessary ingredient). I have good skin and I rather not walk around looking like I have Rosacea.
2. Nausea and/or stomach upset. Even if I took it with something.

Results of taking this for almost a month were not even close to the results I got from ECA.

Good things about it are:

1. It does improve mental focus (but so does taking caffeine pills).
2. It did control my appetite (but so does the ECA).

Plus the cost is so much higher than buying a months supply of all three products for ECA.

T-Rex is an ok product - better than anything you would get in GNC, but nothing compared to ECA. If you really need to cut or lose weight, ECA is the way to go in my opinion.

I used ECA for a long time on and off and then went to NYC and they are very effective. Thermorexin is an alternative to them that does not increase your blood pressure or heart rate, so it's a lot healthier to use. And once you find the right dose for yourself I think it's just as effective at fat burning and certainly more effective at appetite surpression.
Is it magic? No, and it's also not just a fat burner per se, even though it does increase your fat burning. If you read the description it is a Diet System. It has appetite supression, nootropics (smart drugs) to help you keep focused while eating less food and training, thermogenics to increase your metabolism and increase your body temperature, and stimulants to help your cardio. That's why the formula has 16 active ingredients, each one playing a part in HELPING you diet.

Yeah T-Rex makes me lose weight. Everytime I take it, it makes me sicker than a dog. I puke my guts out. But that is just me. Others have had good results I guess though.

t-rex is not magic, but it can make a significant difference.

like all fatburners the individual response and results from t-rex varies. for example some people who cannot tolerate ephedrine thrive on t-rex. Others that eat ephedrine like candy find it too strong, while yet some that eat ephedrine like candy feel little or no stimulation, but still have significantly enhanced fat loss.

EC does not work for everyone and the metabolic raise from the TC component of t-rex is the same as that of EC.

I think most of us do our cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. I thought that generally the best time to take a fat loss product would be before cardio. So you are saying that you shouldn't take it at all for the morning cardio since I am doing it on an empty stomach?

You can, if your stomach can tolerate it, take Thermorexin on an empty stomach. And even if you can't in the first week you should be ok by the 2nd week to take it on an empty stomach. It's just that right out of the gate it's not a good idea until you learn where your comfort zone is. The majority of people using it can take it on an empty stomach without a problem. But as soon as I post that somebody will get sick doing that I'll get an email.
