t-rex / l-rex question

I have used a few bottles of thermorexin before and i have very much liked the results (6 pills a day is what i found worked best for me). I have never used it in conjunction with liporexin before, but since the combination kit was such a good deal i decided to try it. NOW my question is should i decrease the amount of t-rex i use since i'll be using the lipo instead? should i take them both at the same times during the day? any tips would be nice. thanks

You should not decrease your dose of Trex. If 6 works, keep it at 6. Take the Lipo between meal and the Trex with them. With the exception of the first dose of the day. That you take them together if you're doing cardio, if not then this is not as crucial.

how many mg of caffiene does it have per serving? how many cups of coffee would it be comparable to??

I seem to be getting good results from the T-Rex but, damn it's tearing my stomach up. I have had an upset stomach for 3 weeks now & I don't seem to be adjusting to it. It is better if I drink a shake right on top of taking them but, I stil end up belching the taste up & getting an upset stomach. I'm sure the fact that I'm on a contest diet isn't helpng any but, I can certainly tell a big part of it is the t-rex, I can taste it.

try something a bit more starchy and/or high fiber, also ginger root may help (as well as help with protein digestion)

Alright thanx Macro I'll probably try the ginger root. I am 4 weeks & two days out, I can't really change my diet much.
