T-rex cycling question

Need some advice here.

I have almost completed 4 full weeks on T-Rex/Lipo combo.Worked my way up fom 1 T-rex a day to 4(2 before breakfast,2 before lunch).Don't want to add in a third,later dose as I find it interferes with my sleep some.This dosage I can handle just fine now.

I have dropped from approx. 19.4% BF to 18.6% BF.Not a huge loss,but moving in the right direction nonetheless.I am aiming to get down to about 16-17%.Nutrition and exercise are in order.

I am considering dropping the T-Rex for an ephedra based product for the next 4 weeks,then going back to T-rex for the following 4 weeks.

Guess I am just sort of hoping to keep the body guessing and the fat loss moving along and wonder what the experts here think of that plan of attack?Would the cycling on and off help speed the fat loss up?Anyone tried this yet?

I would just drop the T-rex for about 4 weeks as you said and not pick up an Ephedera based product as it will hit your receptors in some of the same way. With T-Rex its more of a Norephedera route i believe, and I would just stick with running Liporexin mixed with some Coffee for caffeine. Maybe use some Acetyl L Carnatine on an empty stomach before cardio
 
i only take t-rex in the morning on an empty stomach before i run. so i guess 3-5 times a week 2 caps at a time
