T-Rex + Clen

I really like Trex and clen stacked. I like to use ~100mcg of clen and 4-6 T-Rex a day. I rotate the clen with ephe and keep the Trex consistent.

I am considering either running caffeine with clen or running caffeine and ephedrine with the clen, is this cool or dangerous?

caffiene with clen should be fine, when you add the E thats bringing it up a notch CNS wise.. if you want to try it start low and assess tolerance.

both combos dehydrate so keep water and electrolyte intake high

those who use t rex and clen do you guys do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off? and doses please

The doses are all individual. The dose you use and I use are most likely going to be different.
I use clen for two weeks while I take a break from Thermorexin. I have gone back and forth 2 and 2 as well though. I just drop my Thermorexin dose to one a day and start my clen at the doses I would normally run it at. The Thermorexin keeps me from feeling tired while using clen.
