sawastea Well-known member Apr 12, 2004 #3 Yes, before would be best. Depending on how you can tolerate it, start with one cap and work your way up to 2 caps, 3 times a day. Before exercise and before meals are best, and not past 4-5pm. As caffeine is a diuretic, make sure you're drinking plenty of water daily...
