t-rex and headaches...

back on T-Rex for a week or so after laying off for a while and trying out other thermos out there.
but now after the T-Rex starts wearing off I am getting this phucking headaches, not sure why...whats up macro???

Maybe withdrawl from the caffeine?

yea I thought bout that, but I never withdrew really, other supps I was taking before T-rex had caffeine too (anhydrous or whatever is called)

dehydration, is the most common cause of headaches when taking stimulants (this applies to thermorexin as well.)
