T-Rex & ALCAR

Hey guys..

Decided to add ALCAR to my order of Gluc-R, T-Rex and Gplenish this time.. but now have heard that there is ALCAR in T-Rex.. is taking extra ALCAR a waste of supplement? Should I wait till I'm out of T-rex to use the ALCAR?

adding ALCAR is not a waste. there is alcar in t-rex but it is a small amount, enough to get some benefit. additional alcar will be definitely be of additional benefit.

No doubt...when cutting, I normally consume roughly 2-4g ALC daily

hard to say, depends on the individual.

if you are low on catecholamines then ALTYR.

IMHO most people need both, they should be "staples".

both improve energy and fat metabolism

ALCAR is one of the few supplements I've used where the instructions say to specifically take it between meals. How exact should I be on that?

Also, are there any calories in ALCAR, or enough to speak of?
