also what events and who is running the comp?

Let's see there is:

Hand over hand truck pull
Atlas stones
Log clean and press for max weight
Power stairs
Carry and farmers walk medley

Lot's of grip and lower back which suits me just fine.

It is being promoted/run by the Kansas Strongman State Chair.

awesome.

truck pulls are always fun for the crowd to watch LOL my ex did one where they were to pull a tractor but the 1st one they brought in was too heavy even for Shawn Smith (pro) to pull so they brought in a 2nd one and it too was too heavy LMAO they ditched that event.

what weight are you shooting for on the log?

how heavy are the stones?

sorry LOL im full of questions but i love this stufff

Ok let's see:

It's a 12" diameter log and I am going to try to get into the 300's on it. If I can clean it I will press it as the clean is my weak link there.

The stones will be 5 stones from 200-310lbs

Power stairs will be 250-300-350 for the three pieces.

The stone carry will be 325lbs for 50' followed by 260lb (520 total) famers for 50' in medley style event.

And it's supposed to be a semi truck for the pull.

Talked to the promoter yesterday and if I can stay under 300lbs there is only one other guy in that class now.
