t-bol dosage

im goin to take 40mg t-bol ed should i break that up 2,3 or 4 times a day.should i chew the pills. this is my 1st oral i want to get the most of them.im adding it to a current sust cycle 4 weeks in . im getting good results this should top it off

if you want 40mg a day do 20mg morning 20 evening..Its not DBOL dont need ever 4 hours

I do 50mg. 30 morning and 20 evening. Dont even need to take food with it.( At east I dont)!

ya bro im pretty sure its gota 8 hour half life (correct me if im wrong) so for 40mg/day, 20mg taken two times daily should work fine..

I read somewhere that it has a 16 hr half life...
