and you can throw a db over the end to help keep it down
the new yuppie gym doesnt have a corner that i can use this movement, and i miss it

Ive done it in the corner of the squat rack, against a bench station, anything with a corner bro

dude, i got the attachment for ur hoUse/garage. u STICK THE BAR IN THERE AND IT COMEs with a handle. its KIND OF OLD School, i STAND ON some 2x4'S. you can even bolt it in the ground if u want.. only 35 bucks.. AT THE FITNESS FACTORY OUTLEt

I use my EZ curl bar to do these. Just put the center of the V right at the plate collar on the 2" side, so that it will not slide up when you start to pull. Then get the right hand spacing and feel, you can grip as narrow or as wide as you like. Just make sure your EZ bar is tuff enough not to break as you get heavier.

The guy is a FREAK!!

I tried to exercise some weeks ago, with the barbell, and got 5 plates for reps, but was having a problem with balancing myself. Felt like I was falling forward alot. It felt pretty good though, but I have to find a good foot position it seems. I like the chest supported version alot, but they dont have it where I train.

A guy from Bolex board made a good recommendation. He said just put a 80lb DB on the non-weighted end while in the corner. Then, stack on the plates and use the Low Row handle.
