New member
Im looking for the piece of equipment that You do t bar rows ol school style, it holds the olympic bar down in the corner. Its metal with a pivot point and a sleeve for the end of the bar to go into. I know someone posted it here a while back and now I cant find it and I need it in my gym before I bust a hole it the corner of my wall.
Help please. Big K to anyone who finds it.

Do you have to lean forward that much ?

Thanks BIGDHO,

Any more comment on this guy form ?

im hearing ronnie looks even better than last year!!!

Im also hearing that they may take the Mr O away from him, thinking that with the new ifbb head they may want someone less freaky to bring bodybuilding to more mainstream audiences..

thats cool for other shows..but if ronnie comes in better than last year how can he not win..that would be crazy..whether or not you agree with his physique u cant just turn around and say this year we want a more aesthetic physique..thats just not fair..theyve rewarded size with super cuts (ronnie) in the past and ned to stick with that..

leaning far too forward. Once he starts throwing on heavy weight, he'll either be pulled forward or put a tremendous strain on his lower back. Also, I notice his elbows flare out too much....could be because of the type of grip they're using, but I prefer to keep my t bar rows strict and tight....elbows in. The wider out your elbow are, the more it becomes rhomboid and upper middle trap exercise.

Have you guys done T-bar rows before?

That guy's form is GOOD

His form silly. The idea is to use your legs to "cheat" the weight up and at the middle of the motion use your back muscles to pull your elbows back. But generally I do them with a wide grip instead of the narrow grip to hit lats.

His form turns the excercise into some inverted bicep curl. The form above will use very little bicep.

His form is pretty good. Naturally as one adds more weight they will not lean forward as much or else they will fall flat on their face. But for the weight he is using that's pretty good form. Maybe the only thing would be to keep his elbows tucked in a bit more.
