T-4/ Adipokinetics

Remember Adipokinetics? It worked great for me Triatricol was the ingredient (T4). I have tried T3 and for me it was less effective
I have found some T4 and it is on it's way. My ? is to you guys who have tried T4 mine will be Synthroid 50mcg tabs. How many a day should I take based on your exp.

T-4 will not raise metabolism at all and is the 'unactive' thyroid hormone, t-3 is what will cause the metabolic effects your looking for, I believe Triatricol was only a supplement not REAL thyroid hormone.
