That will depend upon the jurisdiction you're in. In New York State, one who knowingly and unlawfully possesses or sells a hypodermic syringe or hypodermic needle is guilty of a class A misdemeanor pursuant to 220.45 of the New York State Penal Law.

Wehre do you live ? In Canada, as well as many US Sates it's completely legal.

It will be legal OTC if the SB774 is passed, otherwise, for now, you will have to obtain your syringes with a prescription in California.

Yeah i just order a syringes package from Pharmakits.com comes in package of 20 and only cost me $3.00. for that price i hope it is good syringes.. has anybody here ordered from them before??

Thats SUCKS...........i got my package today and i am soooo pisss cuz the order that i made was for the needles only.. so i'm here stuck with 20 needles with no syringes!!! I knew that $3.00 deal was too good to be true! Anyways i'll just take that $3.00 as a loss and make another order from Getpinz.com where you can make a specific order like syringes and needles...
