hahah.......that sucks.....swole is sweet...better than V-12 in my opinion.....but plasma expandor is the best but that is the most expensive...and not really that much better. I take swole either 2 scoops before bed or 1 scoop pre workout and 1 after with prot and atleast carbs before. I believe that works th best for me......the idea behind swole is that it will bring extra glycogen and aminos into the muscle too, along iwth the tricreatine malate which has about a 80% absorbtion rate. Add some of the new NO2 supps with it and you can get pretty vascualr and pumped if your Bf is low enough.....i got some new veins out of it and they are still there and i am done.....but it makes veins everywhere while your using it.....enjoy
