isnt it a milkshake drink, its protein, 36gram ov it in 2 scoops also has creatine in it , im having that now, and yes its good , if thats what your talkin about lol

Yes its good , i used the decca this year and it was painless went through a 25gauge with ease , i think its dosed fairly accurate @300mg/ml ,i hit up 600mg and had nice results.

BTW it looks exactly the same as posted , the labels come of easy if wet .
