It depends on the dosage. More than 50 mgs of anything can hurt the liver.

Not if you only run Half the dose of each compared to a full dose of one. 20mg dbol + 50 mg Anadrol blew my buddy the Fuxk up along with test and deca. Let's just say he is forever big now lol. He went from 230-266 over 12 weeks. Alot of the weight gain came the initial 4 weeks with the oral kicks. He now sits at 255 after being off a year. Keep In mind he is 6"4. And experienced. Scary
Lookin dude. He didn't have too many sides either didn't really complain of any except for gaining 100 lbs on his squat in less than a month.
