Synephrine for the AF store

I understand this stuff is great for appetite suppression. My one vice is pigging out at night. It just kills my diet! Never fails, no matter how hard I try..I end up over-eating!

Can this synephrine be used indefinitely?
Does it tax the CNS at all?
Does it act like caffeine (I wont be able to sleep)

it can be. But not really reccomended. Best to rotate it with something else to prevent acclimation and decreased effect.

its a mild CNS stimulant.

it does not act like caffiene, though it could keep you up if taken at higher doses and late at night. There should be no issue if taken 4-6hrs prior to sleep time. (generally- there are as with all things exceptions)

well I just bought some

will take one cap in the am

and one cap post workout

I lift at night and I always find my self starving at 10 pm which is not good

Be careful.
It can increase your blood pressure.
A similar OTC drug (PPA) was withdrawn because it caused strokes.

I take mine with green tea, gensing and ala before the gym...

it can be added though start with one synephrine cap and 1 cap of t-rex (to see how you respond). each Thermorexin cap contains about 75% as much synephrine as Scotts Finest Synephrine caps.

you might also take synephrine in between thermorexin dosings
