Hi everyone I would like to what dose of synephrine is appropriate for fat loss, also some people highly recommend to take with caffeine, is it a good stack to speed up the fat loss process? thanks to all.

It is an alcaloid found in oranges and that kind of fruits. It can be beneficial for fat loss, but I would not expect any sort of serious results from that. A proper diet will do much more for you in terms of fact loss. Also, cardarine GW is quite amazing in that regard, as it provides noticeable fat loss, and yet causes no side effects at all.
It might help to slightly boost metabolism and cut appetite but it really isn't going to burn fat like people think. That actually requires being in a caloric deficit every single day.
