who is cutting??
Do you have any idea of the calories that you're shooting for or are you just playing it by ear? You could definitely be eating more than that if you're 230 and still be losing copious weight.Cornholio said:im doing a protein bar and milk for breakfast

Thats the suck part. I started cutting on the 1st of last month. I weighed in just a few ounces over 240lbs. I have been cutting for 30 days and my strength is gone. Once you get over that mental part its all good.
My diet consists of a pre-workout and post-workout shake. Plus, 2 other meals of chicken breast and 1/2 cup brown rice. I will eat a tbs of two of Natty PB as well in there somewhere. Also, sometimes I switch and go the steak route instead of chicken.
