Sympathy thread.....

Not at the moment, but I dropped 30 pounds for my last show in July. I'm bulking big time right now. I guess that doesn't really help your cause right now, but I've been there. What are you cutting for?
 
I feel your pain bro, down from 231 to 214 this morning. Actually I don't feel too bad, but my strength is starting to go down on some of my upper body lifts.
 
meal 1: half chicken breast, 1 tomato
meal 2: salad w/vinagarette
meal 3: half chicken breast, salad w/dressing
meal 4: 2 scoops whey protein
meal 5: salad/ with dressing

no aas at the moment. trying to lose about 5% bf.
 
Of course I'm under alot of stress right now becuase of issues in my personal life, so I'm having trouble eating, and am not sleeping much. Stress seems to work as well as an hour of cardio a day (I did 20 minutes on Sunday though) which is good because I'm really not up to the cardio right now.
 
I just ate a chargrilled chicken, pepperoni and red pepper pizza, few slices of cheese on toast and a burger king, does that count?
 
I recently gained to 233 for my last show and I want to drop some of it back off.....mostly its for personal reasons
 
im doing a protein bar and milk for breakfast

2 chicken patties at 10 am

double quarter pounder - no bun for lunch


handfull of peanuts

grilled chicken or steak for dinner

Do you have any idea of the calories that you're shooting for or are you just playing it by ear? You could definitely be eating more than that if you're 230 and still be losing copious weight.

...its around 2800....10-12x bodyweight works for me to drop...im averaging about 2 pounds per week

If you are doing a show and they want you to be 230 - you will be 230
 
Right on, that just doesn't look like much food. You could be probably throw some eggs and tuna in there in place of a few things and be able eat more food with the same calorie count. But yeah 10-12x's BW is a good general guideline. Good luck bro. I'll be doing the same thing just after the holidays.

Thats the suck part. I started cutting on the 1st of last month. I weighed in just a few ounces over 240lbs. I have been cutting for 30 days and my strength is gone. Once you get over that mental part its all good.

My diet consists of a pre-workout and post-workout shake. Plus, 2 other meals of chicken breast and 1/2 cup brown rice. I will eat a tbs of two of Natty PB as well in there somewhere. Also, sometimes I switch and go the steak route instead of chicken.

Sleep, what is sleep?
 
I'm too stressed to eat the cals I should right now (this is a first!), I'm only managing to stuff down 2000 or so, other than my cheat/refeed day, which luckly was a great day (I spent it with someone I care about), so I felt good enough to eat. She made me eat some of her food too at the restaurant though (too cute), after I finished mine.

i feel the pain of everyone who is cutting.

all i've been thinking about in the last hour in cake and chocolate. it's so distracting, i can't do my work :(

damn carb cravings.
 
I went to Mesa Gill and had chicken fajitas for lunch with sour cream and guac, and a bunch of rice and pinto beans....

oh, and chips and salsa.

damn that shit was good.

lmao.....I am down to around 215ish - about 10% so Im getting there

thats a fact. problem is letting yourself slip, and then comes the famous...........i'll start cutting on monday.
 
I was cutting until about 2 weeks ago when my results were not going to far, I was fucking living off tuna and potatos and one serving of lean meat a day on top of that and I hardly lost any bf plus I was running 3 times a week
 
I have been on a 2500 calorie a day diet for years....After a while, you sorta get used to it, and being hungry all the damn time....heh heh heh
