Symmetry

sure thats not just in your head? just being right handed shouldn't make your right pec bigger? i suggest doing dumbell presses and work on making both arms equally strong if you really feel there is a problem

Hey guys.......this is my first post. I have basically one question. It's about symmetry. My right pec is smaller and noticeable (to me) less cut than the left. I'm right handed, I'm pretty sure it's due to overcompensation of the right arm's strength. Any advice on how to even my stuff up? Thanks.

VERY hard to fix a symmetry imbalance. even isolating the bodypart and working it more.

my left pec is also bigger than my right, and i am right handed. guess what, i only have stretch marks between my pec and shoulder on my left side-strange

And yeah, it's definitely not in my head.......I pointed it out to a couple of my friends, and they noticed it too.

Nobody is perfectly symmetrical. I would just stick to dumbells for the next little while and see if things improve at all.

perfectly symmetrical, no one is perfect as jubei said. And getting your body to look decent in symmerty is a pain in the ass.

I am exactly the same. It is extremely common. The only thing that I can recommend is including at leat one single arm movements whether it be dumbell presses for the chest or dumbell curls for arms in your routines. I even do an extra set for my weak arm on curls. My chest is getting closer but my left arm is about 1/2" smaller than my right. I've kind of learned to accept it, but I'm still trying to fix it.
