Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below hey bros just wondering if any of you have gotten swollen hands from your test cycle im on my 8th week of 500mg of sus 250 and the last couple of days i have gotten out of bed my fingers and hands are so swollen i can barely see my knuckles i know im holding a little water weight but not alot i can still see alot of my cuts just my hands and my bi's look bloated i am also on 25mg of proviron and 50mg winny eod. train,eat,sleep!!

what's up ripped ? yeah, I've had that before. one time they were swollen I knocked out 8 reps with 405 on the bench- guess what ? I could'nt bench heavy again for 5 weeks. they were all bruised to shit. I think I actually crushed some tissue or something. lesson learned ? keep an eye on your water levels. even on aheavy cycle it comes and goes. ever get swollen feet ? same thing body fairly cut like you said but swollen extremeties. anybody else?

I have had slight swelling at times, but no where near as severe as what you mentioned.

I only got when I was on GH, when dose is over my body limit. Never got it with test though.

my blood pressure runs between 135 to 145 over 75 to 85 which i dont think is really anything to worry about as far as my sodium intake i am not watching it to close been eating about everything in site i am also drinking about a gallon of water and a gallon of cranberry juice a day. got up today and my hands dont look near as swollen as they did yesterday maybe i ate too much sodium foods the last couple of days! train,eat,sleep!!

Increase your proviron to 75mgs daily and within 3 days your hands will no longer be swollen.

yup, my hands and feet swell up, not as bad as yours but enough. I take 8 urva ursa caps a day, it has worked wonders!!

yes, but my hands only seem to do that when I wake up during the night, have no idea why, but water starts in my face, then goes to my feet, and next if it makes it, like it sometimes does the hands, and I hate that, later

i sure with it would leave my hands and go to my upper arms...
i TRY and retain water. when i dont retain ANYTHING i dont get as much "STRENGTH" therefore not as as many kept gains. maybe this is only me though.
