Swollen Ankles

For the past week, my ankles have been swelling to at least twice their normal size. Thought it was the dblol, but been off for 4 days. Only on Sust 5oo/wk currently. WTF?

Check your BP. Make sure you're drinking enough (1-2 gals daily) of water.

Thanks for the replies....Circulation is good, not pregnant (although I try, alot), been on BP med for a couple of yrs (120/72). The swelling subsides overnight, but returns by mid-day. Must just be water ret., although using a-dex .5 eod.
