Swole's diet 2 weeks in...

There hasn't been much talk of swole or his diet in a while. I don't even know if he is still allowed to post here or not, as I moved and have been without a pc (but will have one soon). I started his diet 2 weeks ago. I am not using his recomended routine, but my own very low volume heavy weight routine. Strength is still holding. I can start to see the diffrences in the mirror as well, not dramatic, but noticeable. So far so good. I made a few adjustments to the diet and told him about it. Basically just going over the carb recomendation by like 3-4 grams, as my MRP has 12 carbs per serving. Stay tuned...

His diet is basicaly a TKD correct? No carbs cept for postworkout, one day a week eat whatever you want type of thing?
 
It's kind of TKD, but not really. I don't think you ever go into ketosis with it. It is just very strategic carb placement basically.
 
I have been on swolegenix for 6 days. Tomorrow is my cheat day. I like the diet. I am full, but do crave some of the things that are forbidden. Lost some water weight this week. It is similar to a TKD, but I do not know if I have actually been in ketosis at all. No loss of energy. Strength has maintained. I have stuck to my old workouts also. The diet is not something amazing that nobody has ever seen before, but it is solid and custom built for your height/weight. His service and timely responses to emails are top quality and I feel that I am getting my money's worth. Also, by biting the bullet and paying for the plan, I definitely will not cheat(unless it is my cheat day). Slyder, have you been taking all of the suggested supplements? What are your opinions on the CLA and L-Carn, bogus or legit?
 
Supplements

First I must say this...Swole's responses are very quick always and he helps you out with any quaestions or anything the best he can, he is eager to answer any questions you may have. As far as the supplements, not taking cla, carn or ala, right now, but will add ala or r-ala soon. The others I feel are mostly hype or need to be taken in great quantities. They can get expensive. ECA is definately a solid choice. Right now I'm cycling clen as part as post-cycle therapy.
