Switching up routines

Does anyone incorporate different methods of training into their daily routine? For instance...let's say it's Back/Trap?Delt day.....Maybe do DC style Tbar Rows (12-15 rep/pause), 5x5 dbell rows and 2-3 sets of shrugs, lat pull, etc......? Or maybe Shoulder press (12-15 rep/pause).....side laterals 8-10x2......uprights 8-10 x2...just curious......
