Switching from bb to strength on cycle

Hey guys, just started first cycle,
Test e 2 x 250 wk
Deca 200 wk. (I know shouldn't use deca without experience but I have reason, using low dose)

(5 years lifting, 24, 6"4 205lbs... On a good day top line of abs + ribs are out, so decent bf%)

First... Pinned quads and ouch? Can hardly walk the next day (this pain is normal..?), I'm shocked by you guys running daily shots.

I have gotten some good gains in the past with the 10x10 method for compounds, but I want to finally get some proper strength, with the program I've started (strong lifts 5x5) it's 3 x a week with minimal exercises... What do you guys do about volume like this... On cycle is this too little training...?

Alright, I'm guessing too much info up there (people always ask for as much as possible, sorry)

Summary - starting aas
Changed program to strength, much lower volume.
Wondering whether I need to increase days trained or the volume trained to fully utilize the aas.

check out gym junkie's log he's currently doing a 5*5 program that Zedhed laid out for him and he's loving it..
 
I have quite bad joints... Hypermobility and grew fast when I was a kid, shoulders used to dislocate all the time until I stabilized them with years of lifting.
But i broke 9 bones by the time I was 19. With supplementing high doses of calcium, vit d. Etc, for ages. Got surgery to correct broken foot, didn't work.
Really desperate for just some bone strength... Too young to have so many breaks.
Not looking at doing another cycle for a while. But over years dropped a lot fat and I'm 10kg heavier than last year this time with very similar bf
 
Seriously considering dropping the deca.. Just running the test and doing another cycle during winter (6+ months)
After one shot I can drop it without too much hassle..? I know it's stuck in my system for weeks (detectable for months) but because I'm running the test through it'll just be a slight imbalance short term..

How much... Gains wise would you expect from simply the test with decent eating and strength training?
