switching from 5x5 to 3-4 day split

hello everyone, i am looking to switch up my routine next week to a bodybuilding split as i will be starting a beastdrol/transaderm cycle. reason im ditching the 5x5 is squatting heavy 3 times a week is affecting my work performance(i work in the oilpatch.)would this be a good routine to gain maximum lean muscle on a beastdrol cycle...

Monday:push
Bench Press 3x5
incline bench press 3x8
incline dumbbell flyes 3x12-15
Standing military press 3x5
Upright row 3x8
Lateral raises 3x12-15
weighted dips 3xtill failure
tricep pushdowns 3x12-15

Wednesday:Legs
Squats 3x5
Deadlifts 3x5
Leg Press 3x8
Calf Raises 3x15
9 sets of abs

Friday:pull
pullups 3xfailure
barbell rows 3x5
lat pulldown 3x8
seated cable rows 3x12-15
Smith machine shrugs 3x8
barbell curl 3x5
incline dumbbell curl 3x8
forearms 2x20

my planned cycle for next week is..
1-4 beastdrol 20/30/30/30
1-4 transaderm
1-4 hcgenerate
1-4 n2gaurd
4-8 forged post cycle
4-8 forma-stanzol 5 pumps

any advice on cycle and routine would be great!!
stats: age 21,5'8 174 pounds 13-15% body fat. 1 test e cycle. lifts: 225x3 bench, 265x3 squat, 295x3 deadlift
 
I'd say there is to many exercises and u should alternate compound lifts. Wait for someone wit more experience to post though

agree... might want to keep it simple...
you dont have to keep squatting 3x wk if you feel its slowing your progress... cut back to two, your squat is fairly weak in proportion to your bench and i think you would be a lot better off with a 5x5 or 'heavier' lifting routine...
 
I messed up on my maxes on squats and deadlifts. I did 275 for reps today on squats I'm gonna try 305 on next workout. Deadlift I'm gonna try 315 for reps and 335 max
