switching different tests

Personally i would stick with the same test throught but if I had to change I would go from enant. to cyp. or vice versa bc they are pretty much interchangeable. Now in your situation if the omnadren was fake then yes u will have to wait another 4 weeks. But if it is legit omnadren bor then u r probably not going to see any better results with some test enanth. In my opinion omnadren is better than a single esther test(enanth) I would lokk into changing my training or diet if u r sure the omnadren is legit bro. But if u have to then u can change to enanthate.
Everyone responds differently to different compounds. Personally I felt EQ, Anavar, and Sust didnt do very much for me. On the other hand I responded well to Test Enanthate, Test Cypionate, and Tren Acetate.
And yes, O's/Sust are quicker acting because of the test blend, so there could be a dead period where you don't see much while you wait until the Enanthate kicks in.
