Switching A.I's mid-cycle

I'm currently in the third week of a test-e/dbol cycle. First cycle.

I am running Arimidex .25/ed

I just noticed puffiness around my nipple area, no pain or itchiness.

Do you guys think I should up my dosage of Arimidex or start running Letro?

Thanks in advance.....also forgot to add, my libido seems kind of low..too little or too much estrogen?

Lack of input may be due to lack of info provided......How much test and dbol are you running?

Sorry, I'm running Test at 250mg twice a week, Dbol at 25mg daily
