What do you all think of that? For example alternating weeks with front squats and back squats, dips and close-grip bench, deadlifts & power cleans, etc.
I think it works good especially when trying to recover from a heavy session. But some people might say you need to keep with the same exercise and get past neural adaptations to make the real strength gains. You can't do that as efficiently if you're alternating.
