so far neuramidase inhibitors have seemed to work. Weird how this new strain is able to jump from person to person. Before, swine flu has only been able to go from pig to person.
Are those smurf's titties?

Those are so motorboatable!
Swine Flu: What do you think?
so, to sum it up, it makes you fart alot? well, i have it then. you said what? you are waiting for the spanish fly to make a comeback? good luck.According to the CDC between 2005 and 2008, there were twelve reported cases of swine flu in this country. Eleven of the cases involved persons who had direct or indirect contact with pigs. A spokesman for the CDC in the news gave this advice to deal with the "pandemic": Frequently wash your hands and if you feel sick, stay home. So to sum things up, stay away from pigs, wash your hands alot, and stay at home when sick. I'm waiting for the Spanish Flu to come back, then I'll panic. I'm waiting for something more frightening, like "Great White Shark Flu" or "Kamodo Dragon Dysentery". Viruses are fascinating though. Always liked the hemmoragic fever strains, problem was, they usually had such a high mortality rate and killed so quickly, the infection would burn itself out. Personally, I wish they got bottle up the bug (not sure if it was a virus or bacteria) I got a few years ago that strapped me to my toilet for three days. If they could bottle that bug up and spray it over Afghanistan or Iraq, our terrorist problem would probably be solved. Can't be a very effective suicide bomber when you can't get off the shitter.

It didn't know spanish fly was out.
i'm knot afraid
as a matter of fact ... I just banged a messican chick while eating a ham sammich![]()
The Spanish flu would not have the same impact today as people have immunity.
The issue with influenza A is the genetic drift.
The combination of virulence and transmissability is what will create a new global pandemic, and we are overdue one.
I have a stop-over in LA next week, I might wear a mask.
Global conspiracy to take direct public attention away from perceived "failings" of governments, recession etc. to typical apocalyptic scenario - terrorism just doesn't cut it anymore for keeping the population in line!!11
I have heard the conspiracy things, and I am typically quite a fan of conspiracy.
However, having had to do some research on influenza A, I don't think it is a conspiracy.
The virus is just really scary.
I called her and lied. I said that I felt MUCH better. I lied because I felt SOOOOO sick, I didn't want anyone trying to get me to move off the couch to GO to the hospital. I lost 15 pounds in about 9 days. SUCKED. BAD.
Well a good thing if it comes and wipes out a couple million bottom-feeders in America,ie: the weak and fat -- jobs will be everywhere! Recession will end!
Bad news. King Obama will invoke martial law, and then communism. This is the change we need

The last pandemic killed healthy individuals between the ages of 20 and 45, quite a few soldiers.
That is the age range where the deaths have occurred now.
It is more likely to affect those that leave their houses, so those that can stay at home as they don't work are not going to get it.
I'm knot afraid

I am going to get a script for tamiflu, the UK has it stockpiled.

It's media hype, same thing happened with avian flu and mad cow disease.
For how many people though, & how easy would it be to acquire one?
How concerned should we be?? Im starting to freak out....I cant take tamiflu unless the benefit outweighs the risk...what a choice I...I hope this is media hype.....I have enough to worry about without having to worry about a global pandemic
A lot of countries have been preparing for a pandemic as this is what the flu does every 40-50 years.
Have you had flu jabs in the last few years as a variant of H1 NI was in this year's (and possibly the last few years) flu vaccine.
No. I've never had the flu shot.
There are going to be loads of cheap airline tickets.
