usually one is my limit... but I have had like 4 already. number 5 coming up.

I better take a nap before I embalm myself with all this.
 
pepsi one and the new diet cherry vanilla dr. pepper....yum. i only drink one soda a day though, any more than that and i have a belly ache

good deal.. i fill mine up with crushed ice and a lime.. makes me feel like i am on vacation.. LOL

I always drink non caffinated diet pop :)
 
I used to drink 4 diet Cokes on average every day when I was in school. I now have just one when I wake up most days (tides me over til' I can hit Tim Horton's for coffee), and then occasionally a second one in the mid-afternoon.

i love those.........but not available in the swampland. everytime i go to tennessee i stock up....get some strange looks from the cashier at the Food King, buying 15 ( or more) at one time. ;)

my nieces and nephews all know not to touch uncle rnch's private stock.

sure am glad my lincoon town car has an enormous trunk!

that still doesnt take care of the effects of the carbonation.

No way, I'm a psych major.

I heard carbonation was bad for your teeth, and also that it isnt good for runners, but I havent heard any reason to believe that it would dehydrate somebody, so why should it matter if its carbonated?

i would assume increased HR and respiratory rate to expell all the excess CO2. im not totally sure though, just a guess. i dont know if you could ever really drink enough carbonation to induce a form shift in hemoglobin, to make the tense form more favored... dunno.

I started out strong, but just couldn't finish. Story of my life, actually. Nelson Montana wrote an article in Musclemag that I read about a year ago that discussed this topic. I can't remember exactly what carbonation does on a cellular level, but one of the by-products is that it inhibits the uptake of amino acids in the small intestine.

Another thing which is kind of interesting. Theyve done studies to show that people who switch from regular to diet pop, dont really end up losing any weight.
that is funny, and doesnt make sense.

does it alter the pH of them enough to protonate or deprotonate the amino acids?
