I love anything sweet, especially chocolate. I try not to buy sweet things so that I won't have them to eat. This method works pretty well. I currently have nothing sweet to eat in my house; however, I still crave it. Don't get me wrong, I don't eat sweets at every meal. I hardly eat candy bars. I just like to have something small once a day. In the past, I have tried to stop eating sweets cold turkey, but then I always find a way to binge. Are there any substitutes that I can eat? I have recently tried just drinking a chocolate slim fast when I crave sweets, but it doesn't seem to totally satisfy my craving. I am on a high protein/low carb diet, and I have been working out to lose weight. I really don't want to eat sweets, but I am afraid that if I give them up, I will go crazy and feel the need to binge again. Help please!!!
