Why? We run at least 2-3 miles ED and do all kinds of shit after the run. Sometimes 6-10 mile runs
If nothing is going on during the day, I'm pernitted to go to the Gym and workout...and get paid!!!!! So I'll be lookin' good and liftin' hard by September!!
